Contrary to popular belief, I'm actually not dead. Far from it, actually. As you can see, I've finally finished the first chapter of The Fading Radiant Twilight, the rewrite for Inside the Isolated Heart. It was long, but I freaking did it. There's a lot of new and changed content, so I recommend that you give it a read, especially if you liked Inside the Isolated Heart. Anyone that's read the original, original story will know that the new title is a homage to the original title, simply called "Radiant Twilight".

Anyway, in other news, I'm working on a version of Sanoka's theme, "This Is My Destiny", with the Vocaloid Megurine Luka singing it. It's only in beta, though, as I'm working with ~SoranShade to tune the vocals, and I may need to change some lyrics around (since, in an instrumental version, the rhythm wouldn't have mattered, where I clearly didn't think about it throughly when I originally wrote the lyrics). If you want to hear the beta version of the song, drop me a note and I'll send it to you.

In regards to Inside the Isolated Heart, there is still room for it to be worked on. The reason is because it can technically exist in the same continuity as The Fading Radiant Twilight, just as an alternate dimension and not at the same time. If I do work on it again, I will most likely start over from scratch for the reason that the last major rewrite yielded more disappointment for me than I would've expected. On another note, I realized the other day that I'm still sitting on an extra chapter for Part 1 and forgot about it. If there's enough demand for it (heck, even just a little bit might be enough, given my lack of publicity), I'll post it.

Finally, another project might start up soon. If you've been tracking me, I mentioned it way back last September (2008). Titled Rebirth of the Neocrus, it will track how the enigmatic "Nohta" started out on his journey and how he ultimately got to Amoria. I realize that this project was originally written for Inside the Isolated Heart as a side-story, but I'm going to tailor it for The Fading Radiant Twilight (not like I had ever established how Nohta made it to Amoria in the first place). Please note that Rebirth of the Neocrus will still be a side-story and will show another perspective to the events in The Fading Radiant Twilight (once the catch-up game is over).

By the way, remember how Nohta was mostly only intrusive a limited number of times and was otherwise just on the scene, watching things? Well, after Chapter 12 happened, my limit kinda broke, but anyway, keep an eye out in The Fading Radiant Twilight, as he may appear in a new fashion that you might not recognize right away (though I'll tell you right now that he won't make an appearance until about Chapter 04-ish).
